Preparing for Your Session
I am really looking forward to our portal session together. It is a beautiful gift that you are giving to yourself and to make sure it goes smoothly, I’d appreciate if you could take a few minutes to do the following steps before our session.
1. Read and acknowledge the Private Portal Sessions Agreement.
2. Contemplate your questions for Spirit.
From the time that you book the session, Spirit is already working with you on your intention. Pay attention to the cues that arise and allow yourself to work with that power rather than dismiss or suppress it.
Each reading is utterly unique and customized. I have the capacity to feel, see, and communicate with many levels of consciousness such guides, angels, your soul or higher self, and universal, eternal consciousness. I also see past lives and can heal issues that stem from them that are impacting your current incarnation and I can work with Spirit (with your permission) to remove and replace any beliefs that aren’t serving you. Given that range, after we have framed the central question, I will open up to Spirit and follow its lead. I have come to deeply trust that Spirit gives us exactly what we need for our well-being and to deepen our capacity to love and be loved.
I encourage you to take some time to muse about how you want to use the time. Here are some examples of the types of questions/situations that people begin with (while recognizing that Spirit will take it where it needs to go).
- Ask Spirit to help let something go and bring something in its place
- Open for guidance about any information that might be useful to bring into consciousness
- Ask for guidance about a direction or path you are thinking of pursuing
- Connecting with someone who has passed
- Ask for information about an area where you might feel stuck, frustrated, not fully empowered and shift it on an energetic level
- What would you like to feel more of after our session?
Take some time to reflect on how you want to use our time. Some people have one central question that we use to open our connection to spirit, some people have a list of questions that are active for them.
3. Ensure Zoom is installed on your computer.
If you have not used Zoom before, please install it onto your computer in advance. I prefer to use Zoom because I often use my hands or have facial expressions that are useful for you to see. I will also record the session and share it with you.
4. Protect the time for and surrounding our session.
As per the original booking instructions, I suggest that people have at least a 90-minute window and the capacity for some contemplation time afterwards since the sessions sometimes bring up emotions and/or leave people with a sense of expansiveness that is unusual. I like to follow Spirit in the timing—some sessions can be unusually short (15 mins) but most are on the longer (90 mins) side and so it’s nice to have a comfortable window.
5. Relax or meditate before the session.
I encourage you to set aside as much time as possible around the Portal Session.
If possible, set aside the day as a gift for yourself. In the morning, you may choose to walk, rest, reflect, or spend time in nature — allowing your system to settle and open. As soon as you book the session, I will subconsiously start picking up your energy. So I will also be spending the morning in contemplation preparing for our time together.
Once the session begins, we enter the portal together. This is a space of deep listening — where I reflect what is present in and around you, and we open to the wisdom of the eternal.
Afterward, you may feel the need to rest, integrate, or simply be.
What unfolds in the portal often continues to reveal itself in the days, weeks, and months that follow.
At the very least, I ask all my clients to take at least 15 mins to connect with yourself in meditation, prayer, nature, or otherwise before our session in honor of the sacredness of our work together.

Private Portal Sessions Agreement
I ask all new clients to read and acknowledge the content below as a way of establishing shared intentions for our time together.
Sanctity of Being
Our work is sacred. There is really only one agreement - Honor Yourself as Sacred...we are all Expressions of One.
Before, during, and after the session please listen to what is true for you and be responsible for communicating what you need to thrive. Our culture trains us from an early age to not pay attention to our body's wisdom and our inner knowing.
Engaging with Presence
The quality and depth of experience will be affected by the degree to which you can be fully present.
I ask all my clients to take some time to connect with yourself in meditation, prayer, nature etc before our session and that you allow time after the session before jumping back into every day life.
Holding Safe Space
Everything said in our session is confidential. Please treat it all with the same sanctity and reverence you would give a newborn deer, a blossom that blooms once a year, or an ancient sacred burial ground. All recordings are strictly for your own private use.
Please complete and acknowledge
Occasionally, I feel inspired to mail something to my clients so please share your contact information below
