I trust deeply that Spirit gives us what we need, when we need it. Something may have shifted for you consciously or something may be stirring and reorganizing itself deep within. I trust that the Hidden Falls have given you the soul medicine that is right for you, right now. The rest will continue to reveal itself in its own timing.

Don’t feel rushed to articulate or understand it. Please let it settle in your body before your mind tries to make sense of it. Write in your journal if that is your practice. And spend time in nature if you can.
