1. Create space for what has emerged.

The sessions can run deceptively deep and will unfurl in their own time. Make some space for the messages to unfold integrate into your life, not just immediately after the session but in the weeks and months to follow.

2. Keep a foot in the spiritual realm.

You will need to go about your everyday life once again, with meals to cook and mortages to pay, so how do you stay connected to what has passed? I provide a few thoughts in my video above, but one I will highlight here is finding like-minded community where you can share and be inspired by spiritual insights freely. 3. Rewatch our session to rekindle the experience.

I will email you a video recording of our session. Rewatching the session, especially under the same private, contemplative conditions, can be deeply moving—revealing added layers of insight and understanding within you. Some of my clients have told me that they hear new things each time that they listen to it.

4. Return for another session if and when it serves you.

Our first session together is a beginning, and what comes next may be aided by more work together—or not. You will know.
