What to Expect After Your Private Session
When is it time for another session?
The Unfolding
1. Create space for what has emerged.
These sessions can run deceptively deep and often continue to unfold over time. If you can, allow a little space in the days and weeks that follow — not to figure anything out, but simply to let what has opened settle and reveal itself in its own way.
2. Stay connected in your own way.
As you return to your daily life, you may notice a natural desire to stay connected to what you touched in the session. This can take many forms — quiet reflection, time in nature, moments of stillness, or simply remembering. Trust what feels natural to you.
3. Revisit the recording, if and when it feels right.
You will receive a recording of our session. Some people find it meaningful to return to it at a later time, often noticing new layers or hearing something that wasn’t fully received in the moment. Let this be something you come to naturally, rather than something you feel you need to do.
4. If and when another portal calls
What we opened together has its own rhythm. At some point, you may feel something new emerging, or another crossroads appearing. If that happens, you’re always welcome to return. There’s no right timing — only what feels true for you.
A quiet invitation
If you feel moved to share something about your experience, I always welcome that. Your reflections can help others who are finding their way here.
